About the Firm
Quark Capital is led by Robert Marcus, whose experience spans institutional real estate investment, redevelopment, and GP-led sponsorship.
Prior to founding the firm, Robert served on the acquisitions and development team of a real estate investment fund with over $1 billion in assets under management. His experience includes underwriting advisory for institutional investors and the sponsorship and redevelopment of boutique hospitality assets from design through operations.
